B90, Day 21: How do I want to be treated?

Scripture: 1 Samuel 26:24

As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and deliver me from all trouble.

Observation: David is saying the Lord will basically reward him for not taking Saul's life.

Application: I see this as a version of the Golden Rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Prayer: Lord, Help me to continue to treat other people the way I want to be treated. To remember that what I say and do, or don't do, can help or hurt those around me.


And with this reading I am officially "caught up" until I go to bed shortly. I'm not going to be doing Day 22 though until tomorrow. I have quite a bad cold and I need my rest. But I have all day tomorrow to do Day 22 and Day 23, especially since I believe I'll end up staying home from church. :(
