B90, Day 36: The Queen
>> Saturday, February 20, 2010
I am deviating a bit today. Rather than doing SOAP I'm doing a free-form blog.
In Esther, I love that Queen Esther is willing to risk not just her title and lifestyle but her very life for what she believed in. She knew that saving the Jewish people from annihilation rested on her shoulders alone. She didn't say no and hide the truth. She didn't say, "it's just too much for me." She held her head high and walked forward to ask the kind to save her people.
Queen Esther is a great example of living without regrets and doing the right things regardless of the consequences to yourself.
