B90, Day 34: He IS good

Scripture: Ezra 3:11

With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:
"He is good;
his love endures forever."
And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

Observation: The people are praising God as the rebuilding of His temple begins.

Application: The people are praising God because they realize that he STILL loves them. Despite all the mistakes of themselves and their ancestors, God still loves them. His love endures forever. It's easy to forget that when life gets tough and lately, there has be a lot of tough times for me. But remembering this verse helps. He is good. His love endures forever.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for showering my family and me with your un-ending love. thank you for the subtle reminders that you are there, always with us. You are great and I know you will use me for your glory!
