B90, Day 49: You MUST trust in God

Scripture: Isaiah 2:22

"Stop trusting in man,
who has but a breath in his nostrils.
Of what account is he?"

Observation: You cannot fully put all your trust in "man" for eventually all humans die. Only God is forever.

Application: This doesn't mean don't trust. I think it more a reminder that no living person can replace God.

Prayer: Father in Heaven, Help me please to stay more focused on you and trust you and rely on you more. I'm working on letting go and letting you have control of my life and my problems. It's a difficult process God. Though I am seeing some results when i stop trying to hold on so tight. Thank you!
